   God, I don't know what I'm supposed to do right now. Nothing feels clear tonight. I'm asking for wisdom, not a whole plan. Just the next right step. Amen.

   God, I don't have this figured out, and I keep trying to anyway. Help me trust you instead of forcing my own answer. I don't need to understand it all right now. Just help me trust what I can't see yet. Amen.

   God, I feel like I can't tell which way to go. Thank you for promising to speak, even quietly, even from behind. Help me actually listen instead of just guessing. Point me the right way. Amen.

   God, I can't see very far ahead right now, and that's okay. Thank you for offering just enough light for the next step, not the whole road. Give me that much tonight. I'll take the next step if I can see it. Amen.

   God, I feel like I'm walking somewhere I've never been. Thank you for promising to lead people through exactly that kind of unknown. Turn what feels dark into something I can navigate. Lead me, since I can't see the way myself. Amen.

   God, I've been listening for something big and dramatic to make this clear. Maybe I need to listen quieter instead. Help me hear you in the small voice, not just the loud answer I was hoping for. Speak, even if it's soft. Amen.
