What the Bible says about anxiety
Anxiety is one of the most searched-for subjects in Scripture, and one of the most badly handled. The verses collected here are not instructions to feel differently. Read in context, most of them are addressed to people in genuine danger — exiles, prisoners, refugees — and what they offer is not reassurance that nothing is wrong, but a place to set down what you are carrying.
