   God, I feel pretty undone right now. Thank you for saying a broken spirit isn't something you despise. I was afraid this would push me further from you. Instead, bring me closer. Amen.

   God, I need to believe healing is actually possible for this. Thank you for sending Jesus to be wounded for this very thing, so healing wouldn't just be a wish. I don't need to feel healed today. Just remind me it's not out of reach. Amen.

   God, I'm crying out to you, plainly, without dressing it up. I need healing, not a pep talk. Thank you for actually responding to people who cry out, not just the composed ones. Hear this the way you heard them. Amen.

   God, send whatever you need to send to reach me right now. A verse, a person, a quiet moment — I'm not picky. Just let something get through to where I actually am. Heal what words alone can't fix. Amen.

   God, this really does feel like tribulation right now, not just a bad day. Thank you for not promising an easy world, but an overcome one. I don't have to pretend this is fine. I just have to trust you've already won the bigger fight. Amen.
